**Experienced Customer Development Manager – National Account Management at arenaflex**

As the Customer Development Manager on our arenaflex team, you'll have the opportunity to drive sales objectives, develop strategic plans, and champion solutions that enable arenaflex to grow and engage with our customers. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams, including the Costco team, Club team, and other stakeholders, to develop and implement business plans that deliver excellence. **What you'll do:** * Identify areas of opportunity for products and programs, developing customer strategies that incorporate consumer insights and maintain awareness of competitive activity. * Establish partnerships with internal cross-functional teams, divisional buyers, and customer merchandising teams, building relationships based on mutual trust and integrity. * Influence the agenda through collaboration, negotiation, and data-driven thought leadership, with a deep understanding of the product development and commercialization process. * Seek opportunities to improve and adapt the strategy with the customer, revisiting objectives and gaining insights from pre and post evaluation and ROI analyses. * Understand business trends in each account through fact-based analysis, including brand share, pricing, promotion levels, and trade class development, as well as the effectiveness of different investment levers across the entire P&L. **What you'll need:** * Bachelor's Degree * 6+ years in sales roles or adjacent experiences * Experience with national account management at a FMCG company * Experience pulling and using data from a syndicated service (Nielsen, IRI/Circana) account * Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (i.e., Sheets, Slides, Docs) * Ability to develop accurate rolling sales forecasts and inputs for financial modeling **What we're looking for:** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present data * A results-oriented, growth mindset * Strong leadership attributes, including critical thinking, broad business acumen, and the ability to effectively deal with ambiguity **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary Range $107,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD * Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location * Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements * Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year) **Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion:** At arenaflex, we believe that achieving our purpose starts with our people – ensuring our workforce represents the people and communities we serve – and creating an environment where our people feel they belong; where we can be our authentic selves, feel treated with respect, and have the support of leadership to impact the business in a meaningful way. **Equal Opportunity Employer:** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law. **Reasonable Accommodation:** Reasonable accommodation during the application process is available for persons with disabilities.
