**About the Role**
As a Customer Care/Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Making every customer feel heard, understood, and cared for through exceptional customer support and service.
* Supporting the sales team by keeping schedules efficient and organized, and engaging with prospects via calls, text, and social media.
* Building our online presence by managing and growing our social media, creating simple marketing content, and tracking engagement and suggesting improvements.
* Keeping internal teams in the loop and working smoothly together through effective communication and collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Appointment Coordination: Schedule and reschedule appointments with confidence and care, maximizing efficiency for the sales team's daily routes.
* Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries quickly and professionally, keeping CRM notes detailed and up-to-date, and maintaining smooth handoffs between departments.
* Marketing & Social Media: Help create simple marketing content (posts, videos, awards applications), manage our social media calendar, and respond to followers.
* Internal Communications: Update the team on customer feedback and marketing efforts.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Strong Communicator: You can make customers feel valued and supported through exceptional communication skills.
* Organized and Detail-Oriented: You thrive in a fast-moving environment and are able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Positive and Professional: You bring good energy to work every day and maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
* Tech Comfortable: You're comfortable using CRM systems, social media management, and basic marketing tools, and are eager to learn new skills.
* Coachability: You're open to feedback and eager to learn from others, and are willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1+ year customer service, social media management, or marketing experience.
* Comfort using CRM systems, posting content, and responding online.
* Fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.
* Previous experience with short-form video creation (reels, shorts) is a plus.
**Schedule & Location**
* Full-time position, Monday-Friday.
* On-site at our Goochland, VA office.
* Occasional flexibility based on workload or special events.
