**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers. **A Typical Day in the Life**
* Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
* Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and helpful advice to customers
**What You Bring to the Role**
* 6 months or more of customer service experience (we're looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences)
* Reside within North Carolina (we're committed to supporting our remote team members and want to ensure you have a stable and reliable internet connection)
* High school diploma or equivalent (we're looking for someone with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills)
* Product knowledge and experience with computer systems (we'll provide training and support to ensure you have the skills you need to succeed)
* High-speed internet connection (> 40mbps) to ensure seamless communication with customers and colleagues
