Our PRT Service Center team is a dynamic and customer-focused group that values strong communication skills, a passion for learning, leadership traits, resilience, and self-awareness. As a Call Center Specialist, you'll join a team of experts in Institutional Solution products, emphasizing problem-solving and adherence to policies and procedures. **The Impact**
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization and our customers' lives. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Building rapport with each customer, asking probing questions, and understanding how to create a best-in-class experience and resolve customer requests on first contact
* Educating customers about the services arenaflex provides for their retirement needs
* Applying knowledge to handle many problems independently while seeking guidance in highly complex situations
* Becoming an internal stakeholder in the future of our organization by making suggestions and participating in the process of continually improving the way we handle customer service
**The Minimum Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:
* High School Diploma (or GED)
* 1+ year(s) of customer service experience in any industry, with a high degree of direct customer contact
* 1+ year(s) of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work anytime between the hours of 8AM - 8PM EST, Monday-Friday
**The Ideal Qualifications**
While the minimum qualifications are a great starting point, we're looking for candidates who possess the following ideal qualifications:
* College Degree
* 2+ years of customer service experience
* Previous experience working with financial products
