**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and helpful. You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, engaging with customers to address their needs promptly and effectively. You'll utilize various systems to assist customers with ticket bookings, flight changes, and other inquiries related to travel arrangements. You'll also have the opportunity to educate customers about arenaflex's policies, procedures, and promotions, ensuring they have the most up-to-date information.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
* Assisting customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries
* Providing support for customer complaints and finding resolutions to issues in a timely manner
* Educating customers on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and services
* Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the internal system

**Requirements**
