Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Care team in a remote work-from-home capacity. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $40,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Employees work flexible hours, with shifts ranging from 8 AM to 8 PM EST, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Description
As a Customer Care representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and helpful while representing our values of integrity, respect, and care. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, engaging with customers to address their needs promptly and effectively. You will utilize various systems to assist customers with ticket bookings, flight changes, and other inquiries related to travel arrangements. You will also have the opportunity to educate customers about arenaflex's policies, procedures, and promotions, ensuring they have the most up-to-date information.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries.
- Provide support for customer complaints and find resolutions to issues in a timely manner.
- Educate customers on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and services.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the internal system.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
