**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Representative I, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while utilizing multiple communication channels, including voice, mail, email, chat, and AI-related inquiries. You will work closely with our client groups to perform routine complexity health-related customer excellence activities, maintain customer/patient confidentiality, and provide professional, respectful, and empathetic customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences while utilizing multiple communication channels
* Make routine outbound, health-related customer calls following set scripts and procedures
* Maintain complete customer/patient confidentiality for all health, personal, and other customer information
* Provide professional, respectful, and empathetic customer service, demonstrating caring and empathy when delivering sensitive health information
* Effectively respond to all customer inquiries received by various digital methods, including telephone, fax, email, and chat
* Support all client groups based on business needs
**Training and Development**
* Participate in a comprehensive 5-week training program, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm ET, onsite in Tampa
* Develop skills and knowledge in customer service, communication, and health-related topics
* Receive ongoing training and support to ensure success in the role
**Work Schedule**
* Work a flexible schedule, either Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday, with rotating weekends
* Work an 8-hour shift between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm ET
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive hourly rate of $17.20+ per hour

**Qualifications**
* 1-year related customer service experience
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Prefer health care and laboratory-related experience
* Experience delivering customer service excellence and achieving productivity, accuracy, and quality standards

* Good digital skills, including computer proficiency (Outlook and Excel), phone systems, chat, automation, and AI
