**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home with on-site training. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our valued clients. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Investigating the nature of customer incidents and claims
* Evaluating inspection reports, photos, and previous service invoices to determine the best course of action
* Entering data detailing the events and damage related to the incident
* Reviewing customer warranty policies to determine what's covered and what's not
* Coordinating with mechanics to ensure prompt repairs and resolution
* Negotiating claim settlements with customers
* Meeting performance metrics and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
* Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our services
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1+ years of prior experience in a similar role or call center experience (strongly preferred)
* A willingness to accept new challenges and learn new skills
* Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
* Analytical thinking skills to evaluate complex customer issues
* A strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision
* Ability to handle conflict and difficult customer situations
* Sound computer skills or the ability to quickly learn new software

* Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems (preferred)
* Ability to stay productive while working independently, with support available for questions after hours
