**Key Responsibilities**

**What You'll Need to Succeed**

* Availability to work a minimum of 3 consecutive semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
* Enrollment in an educational institution throughout the term of the program
* Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations
* Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

* Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
