Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls, engaging with clients, and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Providing elevated levels of product and service information to clearly communicate the benefits and features of arenaflex's Small Business Services.
- Enhancing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving issues, and closing sales.
- Delivering exceptional client care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment.
- Reporting essential account data according to established procedures and protocols.
- Complying with all administrative and compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least two years of experience in client support, with a strong focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship-building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven success in a client care and sales environment (two years+).
- The ability to work in a high-speed, metrics-driven environment with strong multitasking and navigation skills in an online environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing).
- Experience with CRM software and other productivity tools.
