**What You'll Achieve in This Role**
As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Driving team and colleague success by delivering exceptional support in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
* Providing top-notch assistance on inbound calls, adhering to our Client First philosophy
* Engaging with card members to understand their needs and designing personalized solutions that highlight the benefits of card enrollment, offering relevant product offers that drive client engagement and result in measurable value for our card members
* Continuously developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
* Addressing general and record-specific client requests, providing clear and concise information, and updating client account data as needed
* Utilizing tools and resources to identify customized solutions and anticipate client needs, in line with our commitment to stay connected
* Meeting and exceeding performance objectives, including but not limited to, client satisfaction results, sales rates, quality objectives, compliance guidelines, and efficiency targets

* Proven experience in a client support and consultative sales environment (two years+), with a passion for building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication
* Trustworthiness in handling sensitive card member data and compliance with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to adjusting and sales practices
* Enthusiasm for consultative sales, recommending products or services tailored to each client's needs
* Flexibility to efficiently manage a constant flow of client calls, adjusting performance to meet various metrics, effectively managing through change, and remaining positive in challenging situations
* Ability to adapt communication style to a wide range of characters and circumstances
* Commitment to implementing feedback as a means to achieving individual and team performance objectives
* Technical savvy to perform multitasking and navigate through PC systems and applications with speed and precision
* Practicality and dependability, as it's essential to work on time and adhere to your schedule every day
**Additional Requirements**
* Adaptability to work any shift between 6:00am-2:00am, including weekends
* High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred
