**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Associate II, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to borrowers and contractors regarding property damage claims. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound telephone calls, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate service. Your goal will be to deliver a world-class customer experience, exceeding our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Meet and exceed arenaflex KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate service to customers
* Build and maintain relationships with leadership and team organizations, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
* Meet and maintain availability standards, schedule adherence, and attendance guidelines, ensuring seamless coverage and minimizing downtime
* Update records and note systems as required, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information
* Develop and manage customer relationships, serving as a resource and advocate for customers
* Handle inbound telephone calls from borrowers, contractors, and insurance adjusters regarding property damage claims, resolving customer inquiries and ensuring timely and accurate service
* Deliver timely, accurate customer service, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and exceeding customer expectations
**Education and Experience**
* High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
* 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry (Preferred)
* Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the above requirements
**Supervisory Responsibilities**
* This role does not have supervisory duties, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

* Competitive hourly rate: $17.69 - 23.82 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
