With a strong commitment to social responsibility, we're dedicated to creating a better world, one meal at a time. **The Role** As a Customer Care Associate, Group Orders, you'll be the ultimate resource for our clients and restaurant partners, ensuring the flawless execution of daily Group Orders. You'll receive comprehensive training on our order platform, restaurant dynamics, and customer support best practices. This is a specialized role that requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Work directly with our restaurant partners to resolve real-time order-related issues, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution. * Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a fast-paced, time-critical manner, providing empathetic and professional support. * Ensure that Group Order operations, procedures, and systems are adhered to, maintaining the highest level of quality and efficiency. * Constructively handle or supervise order escalations and customer complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally. * Collaborate with management and leadership to develop and improve methods and strategies to support rapid team and platform growth. * Serve as a resource to both our prestigious clients and valued restaurant partners, providing expert guidance on daily Group Order operations. **Essential Qualifications** * Excellent phone skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with customers and restaurant partners. * Empathy and understanding, with the ability to identify with customer dilemmas and provide compassionate support. * Collaborative mindset, with a strong desire to work with a close-knit team to achieve common goals. * Assertive and confident, with the ability to uphold arenaflex standards of service and communicate effectively with customers and restaurant partners. * Meticulous written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to assess and respond succinctly, relevantly, and professionally to customer emails. * Coachable and eager to learn, with a willingness to seek feedback and grow professionally. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong background in customer support or sales. * Familiarity with food ordering platforms or similar industries. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think dynamically and resolve complex issues. * Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools. **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a competitive compensation package that includes: * Base compensation range: $45k - $54k per year, depending on experience and qualifications. * Equity and stock options, providing opportunities for long-term growth and financial rewards. * Multiple health insurance options, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. * A wide range of benefits, including 401(k) matching, flexible PTO, and professional development opportunities. **Our Culture** arenaflex is a passionate and driven team that's committed to making a positive impact on the world.
