**What You'll Do**
As an Experienced Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound support requests from partner staff or customers via email, phone, and chat
* Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
* Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
* Updating, revising, and expanding upon existing customer support documentation
* Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
