**The Role**
As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. You'll have the opportunity to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day, and we're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide product information and recommendations to customers
* Process customer orders and resolve any issues related to shipping or delivery
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
