Our company has been recognized as one of North America's Best Places to Work, ranking 24th on Forbes' Happiest Places to Work list. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support * Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits * Conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits * Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage * Completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met * Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics * Participating in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.
