As a Customer Business Lead for Costco, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Business Lead for Costco, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a winning growth strategy for both arenaflex and Costco. You'll work closely with customers, internal cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Direct selling responsibility for Cookie/Cracker, Confections, and Bars portfolios for multiple Costco regions
* Owning customer relationships and working in partnership with customers and internal cross-functional counterparts to define and execute a winning growth strategy
* Driving customer relationships across functions, including Buyers, replenishment, shopper marketing, and ecommerce
* Developing, negotiating, and executing in-year and long-term strategies with Costco regional buyers
* Owning revenue planning, trade planning, sales forecasting, and the execution of commercial strategies to deliver annual objectives
* Influencing continuous product development by collaborating with internal cross-functional business teams
* Analyzing syndicated data, member data, research, and industry trends to create business cases for product and execution solutions
* Owning the P&L to ensure the delivery of arenaflex financial goals and market share gains
* Actively ensuring precision and consistency with monthly, quarterly, annual internal & external deliverables
**What You'll Bring**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a combination of skills, experience, and knowledge, including:
* Influencing and inspiring others while setting direction to meet goals
* Acting with a high level of customer focus and management of E2E processes
* Demonstrating a P&L mindset while delivering results to support Customer and arenaflex business metrics
* Advancing the business with measures that best serve the Club Channel and broader arenaflex business
* Negotiating and influencing to support delivery of business critical KPIs and strategies
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer-facing CPG sales role with proven selling/negotiating experience
* Understanding of product commercialization processes
* Ability to leverage customer-specific data to drive business results
* Customer focus and attention to detail
* Experience with customer trade negotiations
* Understanding and driving action through the lens of a customer P&L
