As a key member of our Customer and Data Support team, you will be responsible for managing clinical-related customer experiences for our products and services, prioritizing business opportunities, and providing product/service solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage clinical-related customer experiences for our products and services, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and issues. * Prioritize business opportunities and product/service solutions to meet customer needs and drive business growth. * Develop and implement processes and procedures for user access and management across the Integrated Solutions platform, including single sign-on, deployed, and hosted solutions. * Support other customer support processes, including user management and customer support across the platform. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction. * Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Develop and maintain documentation of customer interactions, including issue resolution and customer feedback. * Provide advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze and present data to stakeholders. * Utilize advanced SQL skills to query and analyze data to inform business decisions. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, or healthcare). * 2+ years of experience in a customer support or data analysis role, preferably in the medical device industry. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization. * Basic knowledge of SQL, including data querying and analysis. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, including user management and customer support. * Advanced SQL skills, including data modeling and data warehousing. * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. * Certification in customer service or data analysis, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Data Analyst (CDA). **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization. * Basic knowledge of SQL, including data querying and analysis. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Customer and Data Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and growing company.
