**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage clinical-related customer experiences for our products and services, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and issues.
* Prioritize business opportunities and product/service solutions to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
* Develop and implement processes and procedures for user access and management across the Integrated Solutions platform, including single sign-on, deployed, and hosted solutions.
* Support other customer support processes, including user management and customer support across the platform.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
* Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Develop and maintain documentation of customer interactions, including issue resolution and customer feedback.
* Provide advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze and present data to stakeholders.
* Utilize advanced SQL skills to query and analyze data to inform business decisions.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, or healthcare).
* 2+ years of experience in a customer support or data analysis role, preferably in the medical device industry.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization.
* Basic knowledge of SQL, including data querying and analysis.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
