• Setting Appointments**: Schedule appointments for outside Territory Managers to meet with potential customers and discuss our products and services.
• Activations/Reactivations**: Activate or reactivate customer contracts to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Meeting Activity Metrics**: Consistently meet set activity metrics, including the number of calls made, appointments scheduled, and contracts activated.
• Call Management**: Effectively manage large amounts of outbound and inbound calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
• Communication**: Follow set communication talk tracks when handling different topics, ensuring clear and concise messaging.
• Customer Needs Identification**: Identify dealership needs, clarify information, and clearly communicate important next steps to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Rapport Building**: Quickly build rapport and engage customers on the phone, establishing trust and credibility.
• Training and Development**: Attend and actively participate in individual and team training to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services.
