**Key Responsibilities:**
* Ensure accurate and comprehensive metadata for our vast library of content
* Play a crucial role in enhancing the viewer experience on the arenaflex platform
* Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve metadata-related issues
* Develop and maintain metadata standards and guidelines
* Work closely with our content teams to ensure metadata accuracy and consistency
* Analyze and report on metadata-related metrics and trends
* Participate in quality assurance and testing processes to ensure metadata accuracy
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 3+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Experience with metadata management tools and systems
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working with content management systems (CMS)
* Knowledge of metadata standards and guidelines (e.g. Dublin Core, schema.org)
* Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau)
* Experience with quality assurance and testing processes
* Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g. Certified Data Entry Specialist)
