As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, orders, inquiries, complaints, and other customer-related issues. You will also place outbound calls to resolve account status, complaints, and account collection issues, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. **Additional Responsibilities Include:** * Work significant overtime hours during times of heavy claims, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to delivering exceptional results * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed solutions to customers * Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and call abandonment rates * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty **Job Requirements:** * Good customer service skills and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to work 6-7 days per week, including evenings and weekends, for Catastrophic events * High School Diploma or equivalent * Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in using computer systems, software, and technology to manage customer interactions and data **Why arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our clients achieve their business goals by providing them with the best talent in the industry.
