**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to manage a large, established book of business and provide exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial lines insurance coverages, including admitted and non-admitted carriers. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing a large, established book of business, including new and renewal submissions
* Reviewing insurance contracts for inaccuracies and processing endorsements, placement requests, and invoicing
* Completing and preparing certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews
* Checking policy coverage and endorsements on all new business and renewals
* Working independently or as part of a team to resolve client issues and concerns
* Directly responsible for the retention of all accounts assigned to the team
* Applying problem-solving techniques to various issues concerning cancellations, claims, renewal issues, audits, receivables, and carrier issues
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* An active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
* Above-average computer skills, with the ability to become proficient in various needed programs
* Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably in commercial insurance
* Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance coverages, including admitted and non-admitted carriers
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with various insurance products and maintaining client relationships
* Familiarity with insurance software and systems
