With a diverse workforce of over 22,000 airport operations professionals, we're proud to be a leader in the aviation industry. **Airport Customer Service and Cargo: The Heart of arenaflex** Airport Customer Service (ACS) and Cargo (CGO) are two critical business units that directly impact our customers' experiences. From welcoming passengers at the ticketing counter to ensuring on-time bag arrival, ACS and CGO work together to provide a seamless and enjoyable airport experience. Our teams support over 300 destinations, 52 countries, and six continents, making us a global leader in airport operations. **Your Role: Co-Op, Airport Customer Service, Cargo, and Clean Project Management** As a Co-Op, Airport Customer Service, Cargo, and Clean Project Management, you'll work with a team of airport operations professionals on multiple projects to: * Measure and analyze current performance to identify areas for improvement * Implement project management skills and practices to drive efficiency and productivity * Collaborate with various stakeholders across business units to achieve project goals * Provide process engineering and/or internal consulting services to support cross-functional departments * Participate in data collection efforts to inform project decisions * Identify and implement improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and performance * Recommend ideas for new ways to provide optimal customer service and evaluate the impact of proposed operational changes **Three Rotations in Atlanta, GA** As a Co-Op, you'll have the opportunity to complete three alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA, working in one of our three teams: * Airport Customer Service (ACS) * Cargo (CGO) * Global Clean **What You Need to Succeed** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * To be an undergraduate student in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Aviation management, or a similar field in a 4-year degree program * To be available for three (3) alternating semesters * To be able to present yourself professionally and effectively communicate with various levels of leadership * To be team-oriented and supportive of continuous improvement methodologies * Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint * Willingness/ability to learn new skills * Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles * Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data * Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency * Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States **What Will Give You a Competitive Edge** To stand out in this role, you'll need: * Ability to digest large amounts of data and information and succinctly explain what can be learned from the data and how it can support decision making * Comfortable working in group and individual settings * Track record of seeking leadership roles, including student and community organizations * Ability to develop effective presentations that help explain the background, analysis, results, and recommendations to leaders in an efficient and effective manner * Desire to learn leadership techniques and best practices in problem-solving and conflict resolution to enable innovation and progress on difficult-to-solve challenges of our customers * Desire to learn more about the airline industry and interest in arenaflex as a company **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a Co-Op, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that's passionate about innovation, teamwork, and delivering world-class service.
