**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Client Care Guide at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-tier service to our clients via telephone, email, and online platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Helping clients and other counselors with charging/protection checks, items, or service questions
* Overseeing both inbound and outbound calls
* Proactively identifying answers to questions you expect our clients to have in every interaction
* Adopting an empathetic approach to resolving each issue, from start to finish or escalating to pharmacy specialists and pharmacy staff if clinical advice is required
* Providing exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment
* Assisting with responding to client requests regarding their protection and copays, as needed
* Furnishing our clients with specialized support while exploring pharmacy.amazon.com
* Serving clients promptly to ensure we are building a long-term relationship with them
* Recognizing that every interaction is about more than resolving a single issue, but a chance to build a lasting relationship
**Essential Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
