**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Clerical Support Staff to join our team in Lexington, KY. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. **Responsibilities and Duties**
As a Clerical Support Staff, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
* Maintaining the organization of client files and login information
* Responding to out-of-office messages and date-stamping mail
* Entering data into Excel spreadsheets and organizing paperwork
* Filing documents and matching checks to bills
* Sending email reminders and updating distribution lists
* Scanning documents into the computer and using multiple monitors
* Communicating with staff, clients, and maintaining a positive image
* Performing data entry tasks for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable in QuickBooks Online and Desktop
**Qualifications and Skills**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 6 months of experience as a Bookkeeper Assistant or Office Assistant
* Strong bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience (a plus)
* Experience with Accounts Receivable and Payables (a plus)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and testing
