As a Claims Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a collaborative team that's dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients. **Key Responsibilities** As a Claims Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing accurate and timely resolutions to claims customer service inquiries * Advising clients by telephone of the status of their claims inquiries * Coordinating client follow-ups with appropriate claims adjusters * Providing support and backup assistance to other areas of the Customer Service Center as needed * Demonstrating commitment to arenaflex's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and applying knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards, and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous inbound telephonic customer service experience in a call center environment * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to problem-solve and work independently * Attention to detail * Insurance experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and working knowledge of PMA Claims Systems are a plus **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Bilingual or multilingual skills * Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment * Knowledge of claims handling procedures and regulations * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
