**Key Responsibilities**
As a Claims Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing accurate and timely resolutions to claims customer service inquiries
* Advising clients by telephone of the status of their claims inquiries
* Coordinating client follow-ups with appropriate claims adjusters
* Providing support and backup assistance to other areas of the Customer Service Center as needed
* Demonstrating commitment to arenaflex's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and applying knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards, and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous inbound telephonic customer service experience in a call center environment
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to problem-solve and work independently
* Attention to detail
* Insurance experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and working knowledge of PMA Claims Systems are a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
* Knowledge of claims handling procedures and regulations
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
