**Job Summary**
As a Chat Support Specialist – Community Moderator, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and positivity of our online communities. You'll be responsible for moderating our chat platforms, ensuring that users adhere to our community guidelines and rules. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Moderate chat platforms, including deleting messages that violate community guidelines and rules
* Ban users who repeatedly violate community guidelines and rules
* Mute users who have violated community guidelines and rules
* Investigate reports made by users about violations of community guidelines and rules
* Collaborate with the arenaflex team to develop and implement community guidelines and rules
* Provide excellent customer service and support to users
* Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's community guidelines and rules, and ensure that all users are aware of them
**Essential Qualifications**
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must have a High School Diploma or GED
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Familiarity with online community platforms and moderation tools
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a community moderation or customer support role
* Familiarity with arenaflex's community guidelines and rules
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Experience with online community management tools and software
