**Key Responsibilities**
As a Chat Support Specialist – Community Moderator, you'll be responsible for:
* Moderating the chat of arenaflex's official Discord server, ensuring a positive and respectful environment for all users
* Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines and rules
* Banning users who repeatedly break our rules and guidelines
* Muting users who have violated our community standards
* Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations
* Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective community management strategies
* Providing excellent customer service and support to users, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* To be at least 18 years old
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Familiarity with Discord and community management principles
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
