**The Role**
As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be an integral part of our customer service team, responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat. Your primary focus will be to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, resolving issues and providing solutions to our customers' needs. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their requirements, provide product information, and offer recommendations to help them find the perfect kitchen and bathroom cabinets.

**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
* Fluency in English (speech and writing)
* Fast and confident typing skills (approximate typing speed of 40 WPM or higher)
* Basic knowledge of the MS Office suite
* Ability to work in a remote environment

* Experience in a sales or customer service role
* Knowledge of the kitchen and bathroom cabinet industry
