**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Chat Support Associate to join our vibrant community of veterinary professionals. As a key member of our Support Team, you'll engage with users through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide an exceptional experience on our platform. This role requires a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment and is passionate about supporting and growing a large community of veterinary professionals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Engage with users through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide an exceptional experience on our platform
* Collaborate with the Support Team to resolve user issues and provide timely support
* Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the relevant teams
* Work cross-functionally with various teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, to help evolve our platform and improve user experience
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform and its features to provide expert support to users
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our support services
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience
* 2 Year Associate's Degree or 4 Year College Degree
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in chat support is preferred, but not required
* Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations
* Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities
* A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed
* A positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality, with excellent collaboration skills
* Tech/start-up work experience is a plus, but not required
