**Responsibilities**
As a Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products, promotions, and services in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience
* Troubleshooting technical problems and providing guidance on using arenaflex mobile app and website
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with customers
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Independent and driven personality traits to effectively work in a remote environment
* Strong presentation and people management skills to engage with customers effectively
* Excellent written communication skills and ability to multitask
* Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles
* Ability to work part-time hours and be available during evenings and weekends
* Familiarity with arenaflex products and services is a plus
