**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Chat Support Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Engaging with our community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide an exceptional experience on our platform
* Collaborating with the Support Team to troubleshoot issues, resolve customer concerns, and evolve our platform to meet the needs of our users
* Providing proactive support to help users navigate our platform, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Working cross-functionally with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the user experience
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest features and best practices for our platform
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience, preferably in a tech or start-up environment
* A 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Business, or Computer Science)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Experience in chat support or a similar customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of intercom and/or other chat platforms
* Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations, with a focus on providing empathetic and solution-oriented support
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
* A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed, with a growth mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges
**Preferred Qualifications**
