**Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and ensuring that customers have a seamless and satisfying experience.
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, and summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
* Collaborating with our team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses.
* Provide product and service information, answering customer questions and concerns.
* Schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.

**Requirements**
