**Responsibilities**
As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
* Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to change, and multitasking with ease.
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences.
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus).
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.
* A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position.
* A reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
**Requirements**
* Must live within the state of Texas.
* Must be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
* Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
