As a Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for creating a wow-ing experience for customers, turning conversations into leads, and helping our clients generate revenue. If you're a motivated and tech-savvy individual with a passion for online engagement, we encourage you to apply now! **Key Responsibilities** * Engage in online conversations with customers on behalf of our automotive dealer clients * Represent our clients favorably and create a positive online experience for customers * Turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue * Utilize our proprietary technology to manage multiple conversations simultaneously * Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **Requirements** * Must live within the state listed on the position posting * Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse * Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher) * Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions - this is a remote position * Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT * Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred * Gaming experience is preferred **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or online chat environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and targets * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite **Preferred Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or online chat environment * Experience with proprietary technology and software * Knowledge of the automotive industry and its trends * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and targets * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred * Gaming experience is preferred **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
