Key Responsibilities
- Engage in online conversations with customers, providing timely and informative responses to their queries
- Represent blithequark's automotive dealer clients favorably, promoting their products and services
- Turn conversations into valuable leads, driving revenue growth for our clients
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to create a wow-ing experience for customers
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and goals
Essential Qualifications
- Reside within the state of Iowa (Des Moines, IA)
- Possess a reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer meets minimum technical requirements: 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (or equivalent or higher)
- Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions (remote work environment)
- Available to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday, between 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM (40 WPM or higher preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Gaming experience, which can be leveraged to enhance your chat operator skills
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or online chat support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple conversations simultaneously
