**Key Responsibilities:**
* Engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably
* Turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue
* Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
* Work from home, providing a quiet and dedicated workspace free from distractions
* Attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
* Meet or exceed typing speed requirements of 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred
* Collaborate with our team to achieve sales goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Must live within the state of Pennsylvania
* Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
* Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
* Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM and 40 WPM or higher preferred
* Gaming experience is a plus, but not required
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in customer service or sales
* Familiarity with the automotive industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Experience with CRM software or similar tools
