Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, a passion for online interactions, and a knack for creating memorable experiences, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Engage in online conversations with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support * Represent arenaflex's automotive dealer clients favorably, ensuring a positive brand experience * Convert conversations into leads, driving revenue growth for our clients * Utilize your gaming experience to create engaging and memorable interactions with customers * Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **Requirements** * Must live within the state of Kansas * Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse * Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher) * Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions – this is a remote position * Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT * Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred * Gaming experience is preferred **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the gaming industry, with a focus on customer engagement and support * Knowledge of the automotive industry and its trends * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred * Gaming experience is preferred **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
