**Job Summary**
As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity and safety of our online community by enforcing our community guidelines, resolving conflicts, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities**
* Moderate the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all interactions adhere to our community guidelines and rules.
* Delete messages that violate our community guidelines, including but not limited to:
+ Hate speech or discriminatory language
+ Harassment or bullying
+ Spam or self-promotion
+ Inappropriate content or links
* Ban users who repeatedly violate our community guidelines, after thorough investigation and warning.
* Mute users who have violated our community guidelines, to prevent further disruption.
* Investigate reports made by users about potential rule violations, and take necessary actions to resolve the issue.
* Collaborate with our team to develop and implement community engagement strategies that promote a positive and inclusive online environment.
* Provide exceptional customer service to users, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
**Qualifications**
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively resolve conflicts and provide customer service.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
* Familiarity with Discord and online community management tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

* Experience in community management, moderation, or customer service.
