**Job Description**
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring our Discord server remains a safe and enjoyable space for users. This part-time, remote position requires flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Your primary duties will include:
* Monitoring and moderating chat conversations to enforce community guidelines and rules
* Deleting messages that violate our community standards
* Banning users who repeatedly break the rules
* Muting users who have violated community guidelines
* Investigating user reports of rule violations
* Collaborating with the arenaflex team to resolve issues and improve community engagement
**Pay and Benefits**

**Qualifications and Requirements**
