* Investigate reports made by users about violations of our rules and guidelines.
* Collaborate with our team to develop and implement community guidelines and rules.
* Provide excellent customer service and support to our community members.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management and conflict resolution.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Familiarity with Discord and community management software.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
