As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data related to the 340B program, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize program performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct In-Depth Data Analysis: Analyze data from various internal sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of business processes related to the 340B program.
- Develop Compelling Presentations: Design and deliver presentations to various stakeholders, including senior leadership, to communicate complex data insights and recommendations.
- Drive Program Improvement: Perform client-specific program analysis and develop recommendations to enhance program execution. Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to complex business problems.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with colleagues to provide business decision support and analysis. Develop and maintain working relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders to facilitate the exchange of information.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously update your knowledge of the 340B program and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Operations Management.
- Data Analysis Experience: Proven experience in performing data analysis and data management activities.
- Self-Motivation and Independence: Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective Communication: Experience creating and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
- Microsoft Suite Proficiency: Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes, both within and outside the state.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmacy Industry Experience: Experience working with pharmacy data at a retail pharmacy, Drug Advantage program, benefits consultancy, or managed care organization.
- Project Management Experience: Experience with project management, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve specific project goals and objectives.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including using formulas, consolidating and formatting cells, printing focused pages, and creating pivot tables.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with people at all levels of the organization, in the business community, and with vendors.
