**Responsibilities**
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Providing expert guidance and support to customers on bookkeeping and accounting software, including QuickBooks Online and comparable accounting software
* Resolving complex issues and troubleshooting problems related to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other technical concerns
* Demonstrating a strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other key concepts
* Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone, via email, or through other digital channels
* Cross-selling relevant products and services to customers while addressing their concerns
* Taking ownership of customer issues and providing confident resolution
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in bookkeeping and accounting

**Earnings Potential**
* Earn up to $20.40 per hour
* Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes
**Schedule**

* Schedule available hours between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday - Friday
**Skills and Qualifications**
* Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software
* Bookkeeping/accounting expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other key concepts
* Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment
* Comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns
* Strong ownership of customer issues in order to take control of the situation and provide confident resolution
* Tech savvy and avid computer user
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Technology Requirements**
* Personal computer (no tablet)
* Broadband internet connection, at least 10 Mbps download speed
* Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)

* Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up-to-date
* Wired USB headset with microphone
* Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility
* No VPN; computers may not connect to internet services through a private VPN during careerzynith working time
**Important Information**
* This position requires a contractual relationship with careerzynith, and you will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment
* You must live and work from the United States, except CA, NY, PA, WA
* Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check
