- Offer step-by-step troubleshooting for internet and device-related problems, leveraging your knowledge of networking concepts and internet troubleshooting techniques.
- Utilize Fresh Desk to log and track customer interactions, managing inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring seamless issue resolution.
- Access and update customer accounts using Sonar CRM, and employ networking tools for support to resolve complex technical issues.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed, collaborating with network operations and IT teams for complex troubleshooting and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Participate in quality assurance activities to improve customer service, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Requirements

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages.
- At least 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support.
