**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Part-Time Spanish/English Customer Service Representative – Remote, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for managing large volumes of inbound calls, making consistent outbound calls, and providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers. Your primary focus will be on achieving customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage large amounts of inbound calls and make consistent outbound calls to achieve customer satisfaction and meet sales targets
* Identify and assess customers' needs to provide accurate and effective solutions
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
* Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service
**Essential Qualifications**
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
* Track record of over-achieving quota
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Proficient in typing
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Flexibility with scheduling and work hours
* Minimum of one year of previous high-volume call center experience
* Bilingual Spanish/English
* Experience in BOTH inbound and outbound environments
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with an automatic dialer
* Computer literacy
* Pleasant phone demeanor
* Experience in a remote work environment
* Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office
* Ability to quickly learn new software with provided training
**Work Environment and Requirements**
* Work from home with a quiet dedicated space free from distractions
* PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)
* Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable)
