As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for resolving balances, maximizing financial performance, and providing exceptional patient-centric care. This is a full-time opportunity with a flexible schedule, offering a competitive hourly rate, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth and development. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Fielding inbound patient calls, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a professional, patient-centric manner * Managing assigned inventory through the proper and timely cycling of Dispositional Segments within arenaflex or our clients' software solutions * Consistently meeting Total Touches per Day targets, as determined by the assigned Segment of A/R and other client nuances and considerations * Accurately setting up Payment Plans with patients per client guidelines * Securing Payments and Partial Payments with patients per client guidelines * Performing account research and resolution on Self Pay, FAP, and Insurance topics in a timely and results-oriented fashion * Consistently documenting all patient encounters in our clients' source systems and/or arenaflex's workflow solution * Performing initial assessments for Financial Assistant Programs (FAPs) per client guidelines * Assisting with translation, interpretation, and customer support **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Fluency in Spanish * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel * HIPAA and related Privacy and Security Acts and Regulations knowledge * Experience in patient-centric customer service, with a passion for healthcare **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience in a healthcare customer service or billing role * Knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems * Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems * Experience with translation, interpretation, and customer support **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel * HIPAA and related Privacy and Security Acts and Regulations knowledge * Patient-centric customer service skills * Empathy and understanding of patient needs * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Career Growth and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
