About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Escalate/transfer/complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more as needed
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, providing excellent customer service and support
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide feedback on call issues, helping to identify areas for improvement and optimize our customer service processes
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish/English required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
- High School Diploma or GED required, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be over 18 years of age, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to type 25 wpm, with comfort using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with logical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:
- 6 months of Call Center experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
