**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Ontario, CA. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our cutting-edge technology. You'll also be equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently, building strong relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat.
**Responsibilities**

**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
**Preferred Qualifications**
