**Position Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment, utilizing world-class technology to deliver exceptional results.
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries.
* Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
* Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
**Minimum Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency in both verbal and written forms.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
