They keep people and projects running smoothly, ensuring every part of our business is provided for and well taken care of. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide high-quality multi-channel support and problem resolution to customers in Spanish, utilizing your excellent communication skills and product knowledge. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a flair for problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide high-quality multi-channel support (telephonic, chat, email, social media, US mail) to customers in Spanish, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and professionally. * Utilize department tools, resources, business judgment, and expertise to resolve complex customer problems, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and retention. * Act as a positive role model by demonstrating continuous performance improvement, solid business skills, and support of department and company objectives. * Ensure productivity, revenue generation, and quality levels are met in order to meet and exceed customer and arenaflex expectations. * Use courteous and professional language when interacting with customers. * Work effectively in a team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives. * Create a win-win resolution to problems, ensuring that customers are satisfied and that arenaflex's interests are protected. **Essential Qualifications:** * High School or equivalent * 1+ year(s) experience in a customer service environment * Must be fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) * Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers * Ability to demonstrate and perform basic math * Customer service orientation * Intermediate PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, proficient with Microsoft Office, fluent with Internet and mainstream web browsers * Commitment to providing resolution to customer issues on the first contact * Strong English and Spanish comprehension and a good command of grammar **Preferred Qualifications:** * Associate degree or higher * Previous experience in a telephonic or personal customer contact position * arenaflex Retail store/field experience **What We Offer:** * Competitive pay and bonus/commission plan * Comprehensive benefits package, including health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
